When it comes to ice cream, I’ve got a few obsessions: dark chocolate sorbet, anything nutty—hazelnut, almond, pistachio—and fruit that actually tastes like fruit. I’ve got nothing against sugar, but I don’t love it when it shouts: that overly sweet, tooth-rattling kind that lingers on the palate.
